The GKB bank has received awards for its recruitment quality and benefits as an employer, according to a statement released on Wednesday. Employer reviews provide job seekers with guidance when looking for a suitable job. Additionally, these labels help companies present themselves as attractive employers. The GKB also utilizes various objective analyses to continuously improve its employer brand and human resources marketing activities.
Every year, “Best Recruiters,” the largest recruiting study in the German-speaking region, tests the recruiting performance of the largest employers from Austria, Germany, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein based on a scientific criteria catalog. The focus of the survey is the candidate journey, which is the path that candidates take throughout the entire application process. In the current study, the GKB ranks a commendable third place out of over 1,200 companies.
The GKB has been recognized as part of the “Top 1% of Swiss Employers” by “Leading Employers Schweiz,” which is a comprehensive employer study that incorporates various data sources such as employee satisfaction, company values, leadership culture, and work environment. The exclusive award is granted to the top 1 percent of all employers in the country. The Graubündner Kantonalbank can now count itself among this elite group, as stated in the announcement.
