Get ready for your stay in Saas Fee!

If you’re looking to ski in early November, the best place to do so is on a glacier. I recently spent a weekend in Saas Fee and found the slopes to be in excellent condition, thanks to some early autumn snowfalls. The ski area is open up to Langfluh, allowing for a few kilometers of skiing on 7-800 meters of vertical drop. There were some crowds, but nothing too overwhelming. Ski clubs were out in full force, with some members traveling from far away to be there. I even met a few skilled and passionate skiers on the slopes. Tomorrow, I’ll be back for more.

Ski Quality: 3/5
Weather: The Skipass weather forecast predicts 22 centimeters of snow at the top of the ski area over the next 3 days. Be sure to check the Saas Fee weather report for the complete forecast.

In addition to the great skiing conditions and upcoming snowfall, Saas Fee offers a charming village atmosphere with stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
